• Delivery within Dubai takes 1–3 business days (we always strive to deliver faster)
• International shipping is available worldwide, the cost is calculated individually depending on the destination and courier service
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel
• Delivery within Dubai is free of charge.

Try-On Service (Dubai only)

• For customers in Dubai, we offer a try-on before payment service
• The courier brings your order, and you can try the items on immediately
• If the items fit — payment is made directly to the courier, and you keep your order
• If the items do not fit — you can return them to the courier on the spot or request a return online

Returns & Exchanges

• Return period: within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Eligible for return: skirts, corsets, and dresses

Return conditions: 

• The item must be unworn and in perfect condition
• Original packaging, tags must be intact
• No signs of wear, odors, makeup, creams, or body marks


Return options: 

• Exchange for another size
• Refund to your card

• Refund processing time: up to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item
• Return shipping fee: €20 (approx. 80 AED), paid by the customer

• International returns (Europe / USA / other countries) are at the customer’s expense, costs depend on the courier service
