Try-On Service (Dubai only)

• For customers in Dubai, we offer a try-on before payment service
• The courier brings your order, and you can try the items on immediately
• If the items fit — payment is made directly to the courier, and you keep your order
• If the items do not fit — you can return them to the courier on the spot or request a return online
• Important: lingerie can only be tried on over your own clean underwear.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return period: within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Eligible for return: lingerie, corsets, and dresses

Return conditions: 

• The item must be unworn and in perfect condition
• Original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals must be intact
• No signs of wear, odors, makeup, creams, or body marks
