How can I track my order?

What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tatinovabrand.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 15-20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Can I return a product after the 14-day window?
